The Final Stage of the “HER IT Journey 3” Project Successfully Concluded with the Support of INNOLAND

On June 24, 2025, the official final event of the “HER IT Journey 3” project was held with the support of the INNOLAND Incubation and Acceleration Center and implemented by “SAFAVY” LLC, a resident startup of the center.

Between March 15 and June 15, within the scope of the project, 20 female participants selected from various regions of Azerbaijan received hybrid-format training on “Digital Marketing and Branding,” “Graphic Design,” and soft skills. Throughout the program, participants also had the opportunity to meet renowned experts in the field and exchange experiences.

The “HER IT Journey” initiative aims to further develop the digital skills of women living in regions, belonging to socially vulnerable groups, or engaged in entrepreneurship, and to integrate them more actively into the ICT sector.

It should be noted that “SAFAVY” LLC has been operating for over four years as the first local educational platform awarded with a Startup Certificate in the country. The “HER IT Journey” project is one of the company’s consistent and impactful social initiatives promoting active participation of women in technology. “ASAN Service” to organize the next Digital Game Camp

The “DIGIAGE – Baku 2025” Digital Game Camp will be held at the “INNOLAND” Incubation and Acceleration Center under the organization of the Innovation Center of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The main goal of the camp is to create opportunities for talented young people to develop their own games with the support of professional mentors and to promote their projects. Another key objective is to help participants gain experience in entering global markets and support their new initiatives.

The “DIGIAGE” camp, which will be organized for the tenth time worldwide and for the third time in Azerbaijan, aims to provide mentoring support to individual participants, teams, and companies interested in developing in the gaming sector. It will also create opportunities to expand the ecosystem through investments.

Over the past two years (2023–2024), a total of 442 applications have been received for the camp, with 192 participants selected to take part.

The “Strategy and Finance” Bootcamp has successfully concluded!

The 6-week intensive “Strategy and Finance” Bootcamp, organized for startups through the joint collaboration of the INNOLAND Incubation and Acceleration Center and I Can Advisory, has been successfully completed.

During the program, participants gained both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in key areas that are essential for startup development.

The trainings were delivered by Dr. Ibrahim Can, a professional consultant specializing in financial management and sustainable finance.

This bootcamp made a significant contribution to strengthening startups’ knowledge and skills in building the right strategy, conducting effective financial planning, and achieving sustainable growth.
