Final mərhələsində 30-dan çox yerli universitetdən 87 innovativ gənc 20 komanda tərkibində öz ideyalarını təqdim edib.
İnnovativ soyutma sistemi ilə günəş panellərinin səmərəliliyini artırmağı hədəfləyən "Greenix" komandasi öz ideyası ilə 1-ci yerə, sənayedən buraxılan su tullantılarını ağır metallardan təmizləyən startap ideyası ilə "Envirominds "komandası 2-ci yerə və kənd təsərrüfatında dron vasitəsiilə aparılan əkin sahələrinin avtonom analiz və monitorinq həlli ilə "AgroGuard" komandası 3-cü yerə layiq görülüb.
Qaliblərə müxtəlif pul mükafatları verilib və sertifikatlar təqdim olunub.
Tədbirdə Asiya İnkişaf Bankının ölkədəki nümayəndəliyinin rəhbəri Sunniya Durrani-Jamal (AİB), İqtisadiyyat Nazirinin müavini Elnur Əliyev və Vətəndaşlara Xidmət və Sosial İnnovasiyalar üzrə Dövlət Agentliyinin sədr müavini Ceyhun Salmanov iştirak edib.
Qeyd edək ki, müsabiqə AİB, Vətəndaşlara Xidmət və Sosial İnnovasiyalar üzrə Dövlət Agentliyi və İqtisadiyyat Nazirliyinin birgə təşkilatçılığı ilə baş tutub.
Hakaton AİB-nin yerli texnoloji startapların inkişafına dəstək verən Texniki Yardımı çərçivəsində təşkil olunub. Texniki Yardım Koreya Respublikasının E-Asiya və Bilik Tərəfdaşlığı Fondunun maliyyə dəstəyi ilə reallaşdırılıb.
Students of "Kiber One Baku – International IT School" visited INNOLAND. The students became closely acquainted with the INNOLAND Incubation and Acceleration Center, discovering the innovation and startup ecosystem in our country. They received detailed information about the center’s goals and services, directly communicated with resident startups, asked questions, and explored real projects. As part of the visit, the children also observed the activities of the iLAB innovation laboratory, where they saw the process of turning creative ideas into prototypes.
“ASAN Service” at the “Take Off Istanbul 2025” Startup Summit
On December 10–11, 2025, a delegation from the Innovation Center of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan participated in the international “Take Off Istanbul 2025” startup summit held in Istanbul, Turkey.
At the event, where “ASAN Service” is a partner, Azerbaijan was represented with its national stand. The stand showcased the Innovation Center, ASAN AI Hub, resident startups of the INNOLAND Incubation and Acceleration Center, as well as promising local startups representing the innovation ecosystem, including Enverson AI, Convitsa, Polygraf AI, Speakday, IOMETE, Qmeter, Tryverse, and StarKidStories.
During the two-day summit, the Azerbaijan stand was visited by Selcuk Bayraktar, Technical Director of Baykar, İrem Bayraktar Aksakal, Director of the Take Off Girişim Summit, as well as investors and other key participants of the innovation ecosystem. The startups’ activities were closely reviewed, and potential collaboration opportunities were discussed.
On the second day of the event, Vusal Rustamov, Director of the Innovation Center, spoke at a panel discussion on “Regional Startup Ecosystem: Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Turkey” held within the framework of “Take Off Istanbul 2025.”
This year, the “Take Off Istanbul” summit brought together more than 500 startups from 40 countries, over 250 investors, 75 stakeholders, and 11 sponsoring organizations.
The summit is organized within the framework of TEKNOFEST, initiated by the T3 Foundation, the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey, and the Investment and Finance Office of the Presidential Administration. It functions as one of the region’s largest innovation and startup platforms, creating a favorable and barrier-free environment for innovation by bringing together entrepreneurs, mentors, venture capital representatives, and companies.
The “Demo Day” event of the IV “TUSI” incubation program, implemented by the “Innovation Center” of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, within the framework of the “Skills for the Future” project, has been held.
The objective is to strengthen human capital in the field of innovation and promote innovative activities in education. At the same time, creating conditions for the development of students’ innovative ideas and directing them toward invention and startup activities are among the key priorities.
The event was attended by Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency; Firudin Gurbanov, Deputy Minister of Science and Education; Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency; Bakhtiyar Aslanbayli, Vice President for Communications and External Affairs for the Caspian Region at bp; as well as rectors of higher education institutions in the country.
Within the framework of the event, a Memorandum of Understanding on “Cooperation in the Formation and Development of an Innovation Environment in Universities” was signed between the State Agency and newly joined institutions — Azerbaijan Medical University, Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, and the Academy of the State Customs Committee.
Afterwards, the guests ознакомились with the projects of the startup teams.
During the event, speeches by officials were delivered, and a video highlighting the work carried out within the project was presented.
Sixteen startup teams that successfully completed the IV “TUSI” incubation program presented their projects. Based on the jury’s evaluation, the top three projects were granted the opportunity to become residents of the INNOLAND Incubation and Acceleration Center. The first-place winner also earned the right to participate in the “Take Off Istanbul” startup summit.
Detailed information was provided about the upcoming V “TUSI” incubation program. Through intensive training covering 10 main topics and 34 sub-modules, the program offers participants extensive opportunities for building startups, systematically developing ideas, and integrating into the innovation ecosystem.
Since 2021, cooperation has been established with 15 higher education institutions within the framework of the project; more than 300 startup ideas have been submitted by over 3,000 students. With the support of more than 130 trained university mentors, 29 startup teams have been formed and have presented their projects at “Demo Day” events.
To date, four startups formed within the “Skills for the Future” project have attracted a total of 310,000 AZN in investment.
