Special opportunity for AI-based startups – Info session on the “NVIDIA Inception Program”!

Organized by StrategEast in partnership with the INNOLAND community, this online session will provide detailed insights into the support and opportunities offered by the NVIDIA Inception Program for early-stage and growing startups working in the field of artificial intelligence.

Participants will learn about the program’s membership process, available cloud credits and technical resources, mentoring and training opportunities, as well as how to gain visibility within the global NVIDIA ecosystem.

The opening ceremony of the SID project, implemented under the slogan “Your idea is supported” with the support of the INNOLAND Incubation and Acceleration Center, has been held.

The SID project not only promotes the development of creative initiatives but also contributes to optimizing operations at OBA, implementing innovative solutions, and overall diversifying Azerbaijan’s startup ecosystem.

The opening ceremony was attended by senior representatives of Veysəloğlu Group of Companies and the Director of the Innovation Center under the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Vusal Rustamov.

Speaking about the project, Vusal Rustamov stated that the Innovation Center is ready to share its resources in order to create an effective incubation environment for the 33 selected startups. He emphasized that this cooperation is a bright example of public-private partnership and highly appreciated OBA’s initiative.

It should be noted that a total of 183 teams applied for the project, and 33 of the most promising teams were selected for the next stage.

Within the framework of the project, a total prize fund of 10,000 AZN has been allocated.

A presentation of the “Taskool” platform, a resident startup of INNOLAND, was held at Odlar Yurdu University.

During the meeting dedicated to innovative educational initiatives, new opportunities for school–university collaboration and the engagement of young people in innovative projects were discussed.

Along with the university leadership, the head of the INNOLAND Incubation and Acceleration Center, Nijat Amiraslanov, also attended the event and emphasized the importance of university–startup cooperation in the development of the innovation ecosystem.

Within the framework of the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for future cooperation, and a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Odlar Yurdu University and the “Taskool” platform to develop their collaboration.

The “Taskool” platform enables students to build an academic portfolio through STEAM projects, olympiads, professional courses, and mentorship programs. This approach allows young people to be evaluated not only by test results but also by their skills and activities.
