Have you heard startups say, “we’re already in the acceleration stage”?
But what does acceleration mean?
Acceleration is the phase where startups that have tested their idea and are ready to grow gain speed.
At this stage, teams:
meet with investors
strengthen market strategies
refine sales and marketing plans
focus on realistic goals with mentor support
In simple terms, acceleration is the moment when a startup is not just starting, but preparing to grow.
What do you think is the most important factor for a startup at this stage — mentorship, market strategy, or investor support?
Nicat Amiraslanov, Head of the "INNOLAND" Incubation and Acceleration Center, conducted a training session on "Innovation and Artificial Intelligence" for the participants of the 5th Youth Camp titled "In the Footsteps of History: Our Memory is Our Future." During the training, participants were provided with detailed information on the formation of the innovation ecosystem, the importance of creative thinking and innovative approaches to problem-solving, as well as the impact of artificial intelligence technologies on daily life, education, and the labor market. Following the session, group work was organized among the participants. Working in teams, the participants tackled various tasks, developing and presenting innovative ideas.
In "INNOLAND" Incubation and Acceleration Center the seed round investment made into the "Nextsale" and "Whelp" startups, participants of the winter acceleration program of the SUP "Startap Accelerator.
The investment in these startups was implemented jointly by the "Azfinans" Investment Company, the "Next Step" Innovation Center and Khazar Ventures.
The “RoboCode III” robotics coding camp has officially launched.
During the first training session titled “What is ROS2 and an Overview of Its Ecosystem,” the role of ROS2 in robot programming, its modular structure, DDS-based communication mechanism, and architectural principles were explained in detail.
In the upcoming sessions, participants will reinforce their theoretical knowledge through practical tasks and work on simulations as well as real-world examples.
