"Tada!", a resident of INNOLAND, has been selected for the "Star Venture" program implemented by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
"Star Venture" is a global program designed for startups with high growth potential. Over a period of 18 months, the selected startups will be provided with:
international mentoring;
strategic development advice;
networking opportunities with investors.

The 5th "TUSI" Incubation Program Launches with 230 Young Participants
The 5th "TUSI" incubation program has been launched as part of the "Skills for the Future" project, implemented by the Innovation Center of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The first day of the program was met with great enthusiasm. Nearly 230 young people participated in the opening event.
The first training session focused on "Idea Development and Validation." During the session, participants gained theoretical and practical knowledge on idea formulation, assessment of growth potential, defining the right direction, and overcoming challenges at the initial stages.
The primary goal of the program is to develop participants' startup ideas to a market-ready level, while providing them with mentoring, expert support, and networking opportunities.
A total of 600 people registered for the 5th "TUSI" incubation program via the project’s web platform. Selected participants will undergo an intensive training program covering 10 main topics and 34 sub-modules.
The "Skills for the Future" project aims to strengthen human capital in the field of innovation, support the development of youth ideas, and guide them toward sectors that will contribute to the country's technological progress.
The "Be Investor" program has officially launched!
The first training session of the program, organized by INNOLAND and the Turkish consulting firm "BE Advise", has successfully taken place.
Participants were introduced to the fundamentals of the startup ecosystem, establishing investment flows, and startup selection criteria.
The program aims to foster analytical thinking and equip participants with the investor skills necessary to make real-world investment decisions.
Over the course of the one-month program, participants can look forward to even more practical and in-depth topics.

The first training session of the program, organized by the "INNOLAND" Incubation and Acceleration Center in partnership with Neecro Project studio, has successfully taken place.
During the first module, titled "Introduction to Game Creation and Unity Basics," participants were introduced to the fundamental principles and tools of the gaming industry.
Ahead lies a 6-month intensive development journey filled with new knowledge, hands-on experience, and first steps into the world of gaming! This program aims to contribute to the local gaming ecosystem by enhancing the digital creative skills of young people.
A meeting was held between the "Innovations Center" and Georgia's Innovation and Technology Agency
On April 7, a meeting took place between the "Innovations Center" of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Innovation and Technology Agency operating under the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of the Republic of Georgia. During the meeting, Vusal Rustamov, Director of the "Innovations Center," provided detailed information regarding the center's core activities, the innovation ecosystem, startup support, as well as ongoing innovation-oriented initiatives and achievements.
Within the framework of the meeting, the parties familiarized themselves with each Other's fields of activity and discussed opportunities for cooperation in the field of social innovations. At the same time, the potential for implementing joint projects and strengthening collaboration within international programs was reviewed.
The guests also visited and learned about the activities of the ASAN Service center, "INNOLAND" Incubation and Acceleration Center, the "ABAD" public legal entity, and the "Bilim Baku" (Bilim Azerbaijan) center.

Within the framework of the program, meetings were organized at Baku Engineering University, Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, Khazar University, and Azerbaijan Medical University. Students were informed about the goals of the incubation program, startup idea formation, team building, and the opportunities offered by the program, and participants' questions were answered. In total, more than 300 students took part in the info sessions and gained knowledge about the startup ecosystem and the development of innovative ideas.

The opening of the "NeecroLearn" program took place with the support of INNOLAND
The opening ceremony of the "NeecroLearn" game incubation and intensive training program was held, organized by the "INNOLAND" Incubation and Acceleration Center of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the "Neecro Project" studio.
In the first part of the event, a networking session was organized to allow participants to meet and connect with one another.
In the second part, detailed information was provided about the general flow of the program, its stages, and expectations from the participants. It was announced that within the framework of the program, participants will learn to develop games and interactive projects using Unity and Blender.
Participants will also take part in meetings with local and international mentors, and will gain hands-on experience by working on real projects in teams.
The goal of the "NeecroLearn" program, which will run for 6 months, is to develop the practical skills of young people in the field of gaming and digital products, and to support the creation of new projects in this area.
The 3rd "RoboCode" Camp of "ASAN Service" has concluded
The "RoboCode III" robotic coding camp, jointly organized by the Innovation Center of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, "Silicon Valley Bilisim," and "SAHA Robotics," and sponsored by Expressbank, has come to a close.
The closing ceremony was attended by Vusal Rustamov, Director of the Innovation Center; Tuba Oztepe, Deputy CEO of Silicon Valley Bilisim; Nida Emin Kirishchi, ecosystem development specialist; Burak Can Kaya, Head of Robotics Behavior and Navigation Systems at SAHA Robotics; camp participants; and other guests.
Prototypes developed by the 5 teams that formed during the camp and advanced to the final stage were evaluated by a panel of judges.
The winners earned the right to participate in an internship program at SAHA Robotics and to benefit from a 1-year office space at Silicon Valley Bilisim. In addition, the winning team that fully develops and completes their project will have the opportunity to participate in the "Take Off Istanbul" startup summit.
Over the course of the one-month camp, more than 150 applications were received in total, and 105 participants selected based on set criteria received training in both online and in-person formats. The training program covered technological topics such as "Fundamentals of ROS 2," "SLAM Algorithms," and "ROS 2 Tools and Custom Environment Creation in Gazebo," as well as training in entrepreneurship and team building.
Since the camps began in 2023, a total of 924 applications have been received across all three editions, with more than 300 applicants earning the right to compete.
The camp is held within the framework of a cooperation protocol signed in 2023 between the Innovation Center and Silicon Valley Bilisim Baku. The goal is to facilitate access to autonomous systems, robotics, and automation technologies, and to equip young people who wish to specialize and build careers in this field with knowledge and skills related to the ROS (Robot Operating System) ecosystem. Supporting participants in developing their projects in this area through the promotion of innovative solutions is also among the priority directions.
